Dad's Condition

April.23.2008:Wednesday
+ didn't get to see dad yesterday or today +
+ stupid brother didn't ask and just drives home +
+ guess it's my fault for being not alert and sleepy in the car +
+ dad had fever last night... wanted to see him to know if he's okay +
+ apparently &#*$&*# nurses didn't change the tube and got dad sick! +
+ can't do anything but pray nothing else will happen +

April.18.2008:Friday
+ dad got his new needle to last by weeks instead of days +
+ he's eating more now +
+ hoping he'll be able to finish a whole meal soon +
+ uncle visited from australia +
+ had dinner buffet at KL hilton's Latest Recipe +
+ will show dad pictures tomorrow +

April.17.2008:Thursday
+ dad seems better +
+ dad's pulse rate finally dropped +
+ doctor confirms bacterial endocarditis caused by streptococci +
+ moved to normal ward +
+ realized the big difference in treatment from nurses +
+ now dad has TV to watch again +
+ still trying to get dad to eat +

April.16.2008:Wednesday
+ dad's condition is still the same +
+ heart still beating super fast +
+ doctor suspects bacterial endocarditis at the aortic valve +
+ some symptoms are still unaccounted for +
+ treatment has started +
+ will be hospitalized for a month +
