Two papers down and two more to go! It's so nice to be halfway through but the really tough subjects start now. At least I have enough time to prepare.
What am I doing here blogging?
Well, my cousins visited. And took us out for dinner at a chinese restaurant. (Yes, in Eastin Hotel!) I just had to blog about it!

The jam just before entering the hotel. Can you believe how jammed it was? It took us 30 minutes just to reach the parking entrance.
The Star building I think. It was one of the buildings within the corporate or office building area. I had time to take pictures of the lamppost etc. too... but I'm not gonna post them up here. =P
Finally inside! We parked in the corporate building because I told my brother to turn in one lane too fast. (It was the next lane that led to the hotel parking. Please don't make this same mistake!)
As untidy as I am, I really love seeing things that are neatly arranged! So I'm glad to be welcomed by the sight of neatly arranged cutlery on my table. Haha.
The flower arrangement. They took it away of course before the food came.
This was for my dad. He can't take tea or anything with cafe until after he's completely recovered. His surgery's scheduled for next week (submitting himself to the hospital on Monday and going through the surgery on Wednesday).
Hehe... I love these little plates of peanuts. Except, they weren't peanuts. Sesame covered snacks that tasted lovely! I couldn't stop myself from reaching with my chopsticks every... err... minute.
Our first dish~! Do you know peking duck? This was the roast pork version of it! You take an egg-based skin and wrap the pork skin inside with spring onions and sweet sauce. Oh it was delicious! I had many helpings. (See, too many to count.) Also, the pork was not wasted. They made a dish with it later. Hehe.
I skipped a few dishes. Hehe. They were delicious but I forgot to take pictures >_<
This fish was delicious! It was soft, tasty, tasty, and definitely tasty! Actually, all the dishes I had tonight were great! The portion may be small but that's because the waiter divides them for you and you really get first class service. They remove your dirty plates in between dishes, made sure you had enough tea, change your chopsticks etc. But only in between meals so that they don't disturb you while you're talking or eating or halfway enjoying!
Overall, I really enjoyed this meal in terms of food. We had this "chawanmushi" sort of dish made in a tall glass but it has shark fins lining the surface and mushrooms cooked inside. There was a dish with dry noodles covered in sauce and really huge prawns. We had soup, chicken and vegie, that I really liked. We also had green jelly for dessert and ginger tong yuen (the tong yuen was huge with black sesame filling I think. I liked it.). A lot of the dishes were served by the waiter so we didn't have to get up and get them ourselves. Some, like the pork and the noodles were left to ourselves to get them. We had dishes after dishes for 2 hours. Not sure how many altogether because I just ate and ate. Haha. Oh, we didn't have rice.
There was one more but I think I won't put them up here. (Sorry!) I was there with 10 other people. My immediate and extended family. My cousins just came back after being away for close to 6 years. So it was a happy occassion. I stayed with them when I was in Aussie so it's good to see them again. They're going back tomorrow after being here for a week.
Sigh... why must they come when I have exams~! (;___;)
