Ever wondered if your day has been spent to its utmost? Whether, you have accomplished what you could for today and will not have to worry about it tomorrow?
Guess not... most of the time.
Today was dear's sister's birthday party. I promised Ah Ming (the person who takes care of his house) to help make sandwiches and I did! Apparently the kids love it too. It was the only thing they finished. (Yes, Carolyn is happy!)
Js wanted to watch "The Unit" while I was busy in the kitchen so when I went upstairs after I was done, he was still watching and annoyed over the noise the kids were making from downstairs. (He was using headphones before but changed to speakers for me. :D) Anyway, I didn't want to watch with him because: 1. I don't understand the show; 2. I was sleepy. Off I went to nap a bit in his room.
I woke up... four hours later.
Apparently I couldn't wake up despite Js' numerous attempts to wake me up. He claimed I woke four separate times but all that escapes my memory. I only remembered waking up because he decided to sit beside me and watch his drama from the laptop while waiting for me to wake up. I thought I was dreaming when I heard it =(
For the last week, every time my brother drops me off at his place at 7, I take a four hour nap without fail. (It's just too early to be awake on a holiday...) Considering that Js will be going back to Aussie on the 28th, I really should be appreciating every moment I have with him. And yet, I've been taking four hour naps over at his place. :( So not happy...
Is there a way to keep from being sleepy? Besides drinking coffee? (On that note, we discovered Belgium Chocolate from Coffee Bean tastes great with an extra shot of espresso!)
